These website terms explain how to use the Signpost Digital website and enquiry forms. Project-specific terms, scope and pricing are agreed separately before any paid work starts.
Website information
The information on this site is a general overview of Signpost Digital services. It is not a guarantee of rankings, leads, calls, revenue or Google placement.
Free reviews
A free review is an initial look at your website or local search presence. It is not a full technical audit unless we agree that separately.
Service discussions
- No paid work starts until scope, price and timings are agreed.
- Examples, mock search results and target outcomes are illustrative unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Google rankings and ad results can change and cannot be guaranteed.
Convoy subscription terms
Convoy is a weekly operator-licence intelligence brief published by Signpost Digital. If you subscribe:
- Price: £89 per month per traffic area. The first ten subscribers in each traffic area pay the founding rate of £45 per month, locked for 12 months. Your first two editions are free.
- No contract: monthly rolling; cancel any time by reply and you will not be billed again.
- Exclusivity cap: we sell each traffic area to a maximum of five subscribers per desk type (five brokerages, five legal teams, five suppliers), first come, first served.
- Source and accuracy: briefs are compiled from the Traffic Commissioner's public registers under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Licence status can change after publication — verify any entry against the official VOL register before acting on it. If we misstate an entry, we correct it and flag the correction in the next edition.
- Not legal advice: Convoy is business intelligence, not legal, insurance or compliance advice, and is not affiliated with the Office of the Traffic Commissioner or DVSA.
